AIDS CRIMINAL CLAUDE ALLEN STILL NOT A JUDGE

The Senate Judiciary Committee has held over the nomination of Claude Allen a handful of times this summer, and his nomination was punted yet again Tuesday.

Aside from his scathing record on family planning, condoms, HIV, LGBT and abstinence-unless-married programs, Allen was nominated to a seat on the 4th Circuit historically held by a Marylander. (He's Virginian.) Maryland Senators Sarbanes and Mikulski have both loudly expressed outrage over Allen's nomination.
